Challenge: develop your own love story about nature & tell us
Develop your own story about a successful nature conservation campaign using the principles of storytelling and the principles of effective communication and share your story with us. With appealing stories we can influence how conservationists communicate to the public. CEC will publish the stories and disseminate them through the IUCN network.
To get inspired read what the first colleagues already contributed:
- The story of Tiwai Island
- The reintroduction of the Eastern Barred Bandicoot
- Restoring and conserving 1001 village ponds
- Changing illegal sales of date mussels
- The conservation of the Amazonian Guenta, Example used during the campaign: Comic book for villagers
In all these stories the communication was successful as it used all or some of the guidelines of the Frogleaps’ course Storytelling and the CEC campaign.

Frogleaps invites you to share your story with us. We will publish it on the IUCN CEC website and on Frogleaps.
